Hi there, my name’s Alon

I spent decades running from doctor to doctor before being diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Wilson’s disease at age 32.

The pain and frustration of not getting answers led me to spend my 18 years in the health and wellness industry looking for better, healthier and more natural ways to help myself and my clients find relief from pain.

The one thing you need to know

The source of the pain may not be where you feel the pain.

Like standing on one leg will cause your muscles to compensate to keep your balance, your body automatically adjusts to every internal and external stimulus you experience.

When your body can’t compensate anymore it let’s you know through the “language” of pain.

To find the source of the pain you need to work with the two systems that controls these automatic compensation patterns:

The nervous system and your postural reflexes.

Here are my three steps to restoring balance to your body so you can find relief from your pain.

Step #1

Control your stress response

As physical, mental and emotional stress cause the body to compensate, learning to control your stress response is the first step. You need to start digging a hole before you can start filling it.

Like driving, your nervous system controls your stress response with an accelerator and braking system.

Your inhale controls the accelerator and your exhale controls your brake, so by learning to balance your breath you can learn how to stop stress from causing these unhealthy compensation patterns.

Step #2

Develop your reflexes

Postural and other reflexes control these automatic compensation patterns.

Under development in childhood, injury or trauma can cause these reflexes to malfunction that could be the source of your pain.

Developing your reflexes build stonger brain networks helping you change the compensation patterns that could be causing you pain.

Reflexes not only develop a healthy, strong and flexible body, but also improve your emotional brain and higher brain functions like focus, attention and memory.

Step #3

Personlize Your Nutrition

Did you know that some people can experience a food intolerance as nerve pain and not a digestive issues?

Finding the right diet for you is essential for pain relief.

But trying to sift through all the conflicting dietary information online can be confusing.

The key, is to learn how your body reacts to food, This way, you can eat what’s actually good for you, rather than relying on anyone else.

 I went to see Alon at first just to see what his breathing technique would do. well it was an incredible release of energies and extremely calming!

Then I went specifically for a vestibular problem I have had since childhood.

I’ve always found heights and movement make me nauseous and dizzy. a change in work environment where I was working at the computer and using lifts all day suddenly aggravated my vestibular system.

I was developing headaches and nausea and vertigo daily.
